Sky Blue Credit Repair
Sky Blue Credit Repair has a strong reputation and quality features. Sky Blue has been recognized for its ethical business practices, as well as its timely and pertinent responses to customer inquiries. Along with virtually zero negative comments on the web, we found Sky Blue to be easy to work with, and efficient in the service it offers and delivers. They offer one plan that encompasses all of the features available, instead of having to pay upgraded fee’s for each, and they back it up with a pretty solid money back satisfaction guarantee.
Sky Blue Credit Repair offers great customer support and a very efficient dispute process. Once you have provided your credit report they will perform a detailed analysis, email you their findings, and then (subject to your approval) start the dispute process. Unlike other services, Sky Blue utilizes an efficient and customized process that allows customers to see desired results.
The average time from signup to first disputes sent out is only one week. Once they get going they dispute up to 15 items (5 items per credit bureau) each month. In addition, if an item is verified they send a customized re-dispute rather than just sending the same letter over and over.
Sky Blue will also identify your credit score improvement opportunities and send you a personalized list of actions you can take while they work on the clean-up process. This focus on credit score improvement is a practical and valuable aspect of their service.

Sky Blue Credit Repair doesn’t offer online management. This is the only real drawback that we could find, but they do communicate very effectively through email, including email notifications of disputes sent, and progress reports on request, so you are kept in the loop.
Step #1: Sign Up
You will be able to sign up for the Sky Blue service online. You will then receive an email from Sky Blue with the instructions on how to get started. You will also be able to then sign up for monitoring services that will provide you with the credit reports you need to get the process rolling.
Step #2: Review
Once Sky Blue has received your credit reports, they will conduct a line-by-line review of your reports and determine what items can legally be removed. The analysts will then email you a list of the items they believe can be disputed for your review along with advice on how to rebuild your situation.
Step #3: Dispute Process
Sky Blue will then begin disputing the erroneous items on your credit report. If the items are not removed, Sky Blue will then send another customized letter until it reaches the desired outcome.

Information SBC Gathers and Tracks
SBC gathers two types of information about users:
- Information that users provide manually on our web site. This information is gathered on our Enrollment (Sign Up) Form and includes name, address, email address, Social Security Number, and date of birth. This information is not shared or used for any marketing purposes whatsoever.
- Information SBC gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers’ needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our audience.
SBC tracks user traffic patterns. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. SBC does break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser). SBC sometimes tracks the search terms that users enter in public search engines, which generate a “click through”, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine the effectiveness of individual search terms.

“Public Safety and Legal Process
We will not share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.”
