According to the Better Business Bureau, there were 38 complaints filed about National Credit Care in the past three years. It is noteworthy, however, that despite this volume of complaints, they have managed to maintain an A rating by resolving customer concerns. Complaints were about sales issues, collection issues, warranties and problems with service.
They have no licensed attorneys and offer no money-back guarantees on their services. The company does not list any reviews on its webpage.

Do your research about National Credit Care before you choose to go with them as your credit repair company. While they have an A BBB rating, there are other areas we have concerns about. Their lack of licensed attorneys and transparency are issues for us. If you feel they may be the one of the best credit repair companies for you, please do additional homework.
National Credit Care uses a six-step credit repair process. While very similar to other credit repair companies’ step by step processes, National Credit Care claims to pay specific attention to details and offers comprehensive options to their clients. National Credit Care uses the six step process, but creates a customized plan for each of their clients.
Step #1: Contact
If you decide that you want to receive credit repair help from National Credit Care, begin my getting in contact with their team either by email or phone. This conversation will allow you to explain what you want to see happen with your credit while allowing the National Credit Care specialist the opportunity to provide realistic expectations.
Step #2: Analysis
The next step is to analyze your credit report. A National Credit Care consultant will go through each detail on your credit report with you so that there is total awareness and understanding of the key issues and areas of strength. The analysis portion of the credit repair process will also help you better understand your credit situation.
Step #3: Verification
Upon getting in contact with a representative from national Credit Care, you will be asked to provide standard personal information required in order to begin the credit repair process. This information will include your name, social security number, address and billing information, and employment information. All of this information will also have to be verified before any credit repair case can get started on.
Step #4: Payment
After the consultant has analyzed your credit report and verified your personal information, you will have to pay the consultation fee before the credit repair process can actually begin. The credit report consultation fee comes out to $189, followed up by $69 monthly fee while the consultant is disputing the inaccurate items on your credit report.
Step #5: Confirmation
After you have paid the consultation fee, you will receive written confirmation of your enrollment in the National Credit Care credit repair program. You will also receive, in the confirmation email, all details concerning the credit repair process, terms, and other obligations associated with your review.
Step #6: Dispute and Relax
This is the part where your consultant will take over your case. They will begin disputing inaccurate items on your credit report by submitting letter to the credit bureaus. The bureaus then have 30 days to send back results of their investigation. During the 30 day time period, an NCC consultant will continue to work with you to develop positive credit habits that will also boost your score. Once the credit bureau investigation is complete, you will receive the results and can go over them with your consultant.
